Black caviar festival in farm-to-table restaurant LavkaLavka 27th January till 19th February.
Chef Elena Savchuk will prepare a scallop tartar with shrimp, persimmon mousse and white wine, as well as black caviar. The dish is served in an oyster shells. During the festival, half a dozen of shells together with a bottle of Russian sparkling wine can be bought for 4,800 rubles.
