Farmer’s Maslenitsa in LavkaLavka
From 12th to 18th February, everyone will call the spring and guests with ruddy pancakes.
The chef of the farmers restaurant LavkaLavka Elena Savchuk invented an original menu for the Maslenitsa week: each position
you can try separately or order the full set.
For a snacks we perform a trio of tapas of pancakes in Russian style: with caviar of the
whitefish and 40% sour-cream; with hamsa and cream of violet potatoes; with goose prosciutto and apple-estragon sauce (370 rubles).
The hot starters are performed by three thin mini-pancakes with ginger lamb and spicy sauce from sea-buckthorn (400 rub.).
Main course – black pancake in Asian style with a duck breast, cream of celery and cherry-
blackberry sauce (750 rub.).
Sweet-tooth will appreciate the dessert-pancake cake in two variations: classic – with vanilla sour cream and
sorbet from seasonal persimmons and vitamin-based sea-buckthorn, and chocolate – with
home-made chocolate ice cream (380 rubles).
